Skinny Coconut Mojito Recipe
- 4-5 mint leaves
- ½ lime, cut into wedges
- 1 oz. agave
- 2 oz. of coconut rum
- 4 oz. coconut water
- 8 oz. SkinnyFit Detox
- Sparkling water
- In the bottom of a tall glass, muddle the fresh mint and lime wedges until the limes are juiced. If you don't have a muddler you can use the end of a long wooden spoon!
- Add the agave, rum, coconut water, and SkinnyFit Detox and mix well!
- Add ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with more mint leaves and a fresh lime wedge.
