This ab workout + detox = your best belly ever!

Easy ab workout move 1: Basic Crunches 

 

Lay flat on your back with your knees bent and the heels of your feet only a few inches from your butt. Bring your hands behind your head. Exhale and contract your abs upward. Hold for a one to two-second count, then slowly release. Do 10 reps of this ab workout.

Easy ab workout move 2: Raised Leg Crunches

 

Lay flat on your back and raise your legs 90 degrees as if sitting on an invisible chair. Bring your hands behind your head. Exhale and contract your abs upward. Hold for a one to two-second count, then slowly release. Do 10 reps of this ab workout.

Easy ab workout move 3: Knee Tap Crunches

 

Lay flat on your back with your knees bent and the heels of your feet only a few inches from your butt. Exhale and contract your abs upward while reaching your hand out to the opposite knee. Alternate sides. Hold each crunch for a one to two-second count, then slowly release. Do 10 reps on each side of this ab workout.

Easy ab workout move 4: Flutter Kicks

 

Lay flat on your back. Place your hands on your sides. Lift your legs 4 to 6 inches off the floor. Press your low back into the mat. Keep your legs straight as you raise one leg higher, then switch. Move in a fluttering, up and down motion. Do this move 20 times.

Easy ab workout move 5: Leg Raise 

 

Lie with your back flat on a bench and your legs extended in front of you. Keep your legs straight as possible. Raise your legs until they make a 90-degree angle with the floor. Exhale as you perform this portion of the movement and hold the contraction at the top for a second. As you inhale, slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position. Do this ab workout 10 times.

Easy ab workout move 6: Plank 

 

Get in the pushup position, only put your forearms on the ground instead of your hands. Your elbows should line up directly underneath your shoulders and toes on the ground. Squeeze your glutes and tighten your abdominals. Hold the position for 30 seconds.
