Easy Summer Drinks To Help You Slim Down

Is it just me, or are vacation cocktails somehow better than normal cocktails? Whatever it is that makes them taste so darn good is most likely NOT good for your waistline. These vacation-inspired drinks are not only tastier than what you’d get from a hotel bar, they’re healthier too.

The secret to making these cocktails healthy is to add SkinnyFit Detox or ZzzTox. Both are packed with superfood ingredients that help fight bloating—which we all know can be a total buzzkill when you’re on holiday. They also boost your metabolism and keep you looking and feeling slim!

1. Aperol Spritz, Italy

If you’ve never tried an Aperol Spritz before, you’re in for a treat. Every person I know who’s visited the coastal countries of Europe rave about them! The flavor is so light and refreshing—it’s like if a mimosa and a White Claw had a baby. Aperol is an Italian apéritif that tastes like oranges or mandarin oranges. When it’s mixed with SkinnyFit Detox, a delightfully subtle peach tea, it’s a match made in heaven. Trust me, you’ll love it!

3. French 75, France… sort of.

Ooh la la, a French 75? C’est Magnifique! Okay, okay, you caught me… a French 75 isn’t ACTUALLY from France. In fact, it was created in New York City and named after the French 75-mm field gun! But, for the sake of our list, we can just pretend that it is.🤫

A traditional French 75 contains gin, champagne, and sugar, but not this sexy cocktail! We swap out the sugar for a simple and flavorful homemade lavender syrup that truly makes you feel like you’re enjoying a romantic dinner under the Eiffel Tower. Can someone queue the accordions, please?
