To me, spending quality time with friends and family is not only important, but also such a wholesome way to utilize a long weekend –  which is why I’ve curated a list of activities that’ll most likely involve lots of laughter, bonding, and even a boost of vitality. As the long weekend approaches, it’s essential to find a balance between enjoyment and physical activity (even just a little!). Not only does this contribute to a memorable experience, but it also brings forth a wealth of benefits for both mental and physical well-being!
