Welcome to Day 1 of the 45 Move Challenge! Here’s a brief summary of what to expect:

Day 1: Upper Body


  • 2 filled water bottles (you can also use cans from your pantry or 2 small weights if you have them.
  • Chair

Complete 3 rounds of each exercise for 30 seconds each.

  • Chest press
  • Lateral raises
  • Tricep dips
  • Shoulder raises
