This is the best workout for getting rid of armpit fat! Tighten and tone your chest with this beginner-friendly follow-along workout!

Day 27: Chest workout
Equipment: Chair & small hand weights (or you can use filled water bottles or even two cans from your kitchen cabinet)
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds each and complete three rounds

  • Tricep kickbacks
  • Chest press
  • Chest flies
