Day 31: Lower Body
Equipment: Chair and a set of lightweight dumbbells. You can also use water bottles or cans if you don’t have weights.
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds for 3 rounds. Don’t forget to complete three rounds on each side of its a single-leg movement.
- Deadlifts
- Squat twist
- Hip rotators
