Day 33: Shoulders and arms
Equipment: Chair & small dumbbells. (If you don’t have dumbbells you can also use water bottles or a couple of cans from your kitchen pantry)
Complete 30 seconds of each exercise for 3 rounds
- Shoulder press
- Front and side raise
- Arm swings
