This simple and beginner-friendly lower body workout focuses on strengthening and toning your quads, back, glutes, hamstrings, and even your calves! Talk about the perfect leg workout!

Day 41: Lower Body
Equipment: Chair  and small dumbbells (or water bottles)
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds for three rounds. Be sure to complete 30 seconds on each side for single-leg movements.

  • Squats
  • Deadlifts
  • Leg Raises
