Is anyone else feeling the heat of summer and in serious need of a refreshing treat? Have you been looking for the perfect, healthy dessert recipe? The perfect low calorie dessert? Or what about a delicious frozen fruit recipe? Well, let me tell you all about my go-to summer dessert that absolutely never disappoints. The best part? It’s super healthy and won’t take away from any goals you’ve set for yourself this summer! Yes, you can work on that bikini bod and still enjoy a sweet treat – thanks to this Frozen Fruit Yogurt Bark recipe! I definitely think that over the past couple of years frozen fruit bark has become a more popular go-to for a cool and tasty snack, probably because of its health benefits. As you might already know, many store-bought options are pumped with added sugars and preservatives that can quickly derail your healthy eating goals…and we don’t want that! The good news is that making your own frozen fruit yogurt bark at home isn’t only a fun and easy activity, but it also allows you to control the ingredients and make a healthier option.

In this blog post, I’m excited to provide you with the most delicious recipe for making your own frozen fruit yogurt bark, along with highlighting the health benefits and what exactly makes it the perfect summer treat. Let’s get started and beat the heat with this healthy & incredibly delectable snack!

The Essentials

Let’s talk about essential ingredients. First up, you’ll need 1 scoop of Super Youth…BUT feel free to get creative with it! I love to use Unflavored, but sometimes swap it out for Tropical Punch if I’m feeling extra fancy. This magical skin-boosting & slimming secret ingredient adds a boost of essential nutrients, making it even more delicious and nutritious. Next, grab a 16-oz carton of plain whole milk Greek yogurt for a creamy and tangy base. Then to sweeten things up, add some honey and a splash of vanilla extract. Now, the fun part – fillings and toppers! Whatever you do, please get creative with it! Get as creative as you want…I mean, go crazy sis! Some of my favorites are pieces of chopped dark chocolate, berries, nuts, or anything else that tickles my taste buds. I highly recommend trying to mix & match for a variety of textures and flavors to keep you full and satisfied!

The Ideal (& Healthy!) Summer Treat

Not only does this make a delicious summer treat, but it’s also guilt-free, due to the amount of health benefits it provides. Adding your preference of Super Youth on its own will do wonders for your health by helping with digestion, decreasing bloating, and improving the appearance of your skin complexion. Say hello to feeling & looking your best from the inside out! Plus, by using natural and wholesome ingredients like fresh fruits, Greek yogurt, and nuts, you’ll be getting a variety of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can boost your immune system, improve your digestion, and give you a natural boost of energy. My absolute favorite part is the versatility of this recipe. You can customize the ingredients to your liking and experiment with different flavors and combinations, which in my opinion, is a huge win! Get ready to indulge in this healthy & tasty frozen fruit treat that will make both your taste buds and body happy!
