  2. Antioxidant Power: Fresh blueberries provide a burst of antioxidant-rich goodness. These tiny blue gems are packed with vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients that help combat inflammation and support overall health.
  3. Zesty Lemon Zing: The addition of lemon zest and juice adds a refreshing twist to the oats, infusing them with vibrant citrus flavor. Lemon is not only refreshing but also rich in vitamin C, which supports immune function and boosts energy levels.

Convenience for Busy Mornings

One of the best things about overnight oats is their convenience. With just a little prep the night before, you can wake up to a delicious and nutritious breakfast waiting for you in the morning. Simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Prepare the Blueberry Syrup: Combine maple syrup, lemon juice, and fresh blueberries in a saucepan and simmer until a syrupy consistency forms. Allow it to cool while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Mix the Oats: In a large bowl, whisk together almond milk, yogurt, salt, Super Youth Unflavored collagen, and lemon zest until smooth. Fold in old-fashioned rolled oats until well combined.
  3. Layer and Refrigerate: Divide the oat mixture and blueberry syrup into jars, layering them to create a beautiful and flavorful breakfast parfait. Pop them in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours (or up to 3 days) to allow the flavors to meld and the oats to soften.
  4. Serve and Enjoy: Before serving, top your overnight oats with fresh blueberries and a sprinkle of lemon zest for an extra burst of flavor and freshness.
