Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 heaping cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 heaping cup frozen cherries
- 1 scoop of Repair & Recover
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 ¼ cups coconut water I like Zico
Steps
