Why Post-Workout Nutrition Matters:

Before we dive in, let’s chat about why post-workout grub is so important. After a good workout, your muscles need some TLC to recover and grow stronger. Think of it like giving back to your body after all that hard work – which doubles as a tasty treat packed with the good stuff your muscles crave.

So, what exactly does your body need post-sweat sesh? You could probably guess – it’s all about the nutrients! We’re talking protein, potassium, and antioxidants – the building blocks for muscle repair, energy replenishment, and overall recovery.

The Ingredients in Our Tropical Treat:

Frozen Banana: Not just a sweet addition, but also loaded with potassium to keep those muscles happy and cramp-free.

Frozen Pineapple: Packed with special enzymes that help ease muscle soreness and inflammation.

Frozen Cherries: Bursting with antioxidants to help your muscles recover and repair faster.

Repair & Recover Post-Workout Powder: Think of this as your secret weapon for muscle repair, soreness relief, and even a little boost in the weight loss department.
