First things first, let’s talk equipment. Now, if you don’t have access to any exercise equipment at home this is a great option for you because all you need to do these simple home exercises is your couch! Oh, and a TV! (A TV isn’t really essential, but you can watch TV while you do your couch workout!) The couch workout is insanely easy to do and surprisingly effective if you’re looking to tone your entire body in a short amount of time.
Complete 3-5 rounds of 10-15 reps for each exercise in as little time as possible.
Remember, the best way to make the most out of your couch workout is to set a challenge for yourself!
Here’s an example… try and complete as many rounds of the workout as you can before a commercial break! Use the commercial break as an opportunity to slow your heart rate, grab some water, and prepare for the next round! If you’d prefer something a little less intense, simply complete the assigned reps and sets above!
