Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 scoop Super Youth Collagen
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of beet juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Steps

  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl and pour into a microwavable-safe mug
  2. Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes
  3. Let it cool for 30 seconds and then dig in!
