If you’re a beginner when it comes to lifting weights, this lower body workout is perfect for building strength and toning up using just your body weight!

Day 44: Lower Body
Equipment: Chair
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds for three rounds. Be sure to complete 30 seconds on each side for single-leg movements.

  • Leg curls
  • Sumo squat
  • Reverse lunges
