Each workout targets a different area of the body, and will have you looking and feeling amazing in 15 minutes or less. There are no requirements to do the challenge, you simply have to be committed and excited! It’s perfect for beginners, bigger-bodies, and advanced movers alike, because there are modifications for many of the movements.
