Health Benefits Of A Celery Juice Detox

A celery juice detox contains a whopping 23% of your daily vitamin K. Vitamin K increases bone health and is an essential nutrient when it comes to wound healing. Additionally, the antioxidants in celery have been linked to increased fertility, lowering blood glucose & serum lipid levels. Studies done on the benefits of celery juice have also been shown to reduce inflammation, cancer risk, diabetes, and more! It’s no wonder that top influencers like Miranda Kerr are bringing the celery juice recipe to the spotlight.
