Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled brewed chai tea
  • 1 scoop Super Youth Chocolate
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • A dash of ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes
  • 1-2 tsp honey optional
  • Sliced banana and strawberries for garnish

Steps

  1. Prepare the chai tea according to the package instructions. Remove the tea bag(s) or strain the loose leaves and chill in the refrigerator. You can do this in advance and store it in the ref to make things faster.
  2. Add the chilled chai tea, banana, oats, Super Youth Chocolate, and a dash of cinnamon to a blender. Add a handful of ice cubes. Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
