Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apples, chopped; equivalent to 1/2 large apple
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Super Youth Unflavored
  • 2 tbsp old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 3-5 ice cubes
  • dash of cinnamon (to taste)
  • Swirl Ingredients: 1 heaping tbsp almond OR peanut butter, 1 tbsp maple syrup, dash of cinnamon (to taste)

Steps

  1. Combine all swirl ingredients and create the swirls on the sides of the smoothie cup
