Colorful Cantaloupe Breakfast Bowls

Written by Shelby Torrese

Jump To Recipe

Whenever I’ve vacationed somewhere tropical, there’s always beautiful, vibrant fruit bowls on display for every meal. Sometimes they’re filled with chopped fruit, yogurt, or a mix of the two. There’s just something special about being in a bikini under the sun eating fresh fruit bowls. Even if I can’t be beachside everyday, I can still enjoy a yummy breakfast bowl – and so can you!

Today I’m sharing my version of a tropical breakfast bowl recipe. This version is made with cantaloupe, greek yogurt, and of course, my favorite protein boost. Give it a try and tell me you don’t feel like you’re laying in a hammock!

Unique & Healthy: What Are The Benefits?

As you know, healthy breakfast ideas are nothing without protein. Protein is the single most important ingredient in any meal. This is because it helps keep us full for longer, helps our blood sugar stay stable, and can reduce unnecessary cravings throughout the day. When I have a protein-less meal, I notice myself reaching for something sweet within an hour. As I was recreating this breakfast bowl recipe, I knew there had to be a very special protein source.

The star ingredient of this breakfast bowl recipe is Peach Mango Super Youth collagen. It adds an amazing burst of flavor and 14 grams of protein. Collagen benefits go beyond protein, though. It’s great for the gut, our hair, skin, and nails, and can even help improve joint mobility. When I say I’m full of healthy breakfast ideas, I don’t just mean they’re going to keep you slim. Health is about feeling energized, rested, and motivated to do more things that help you live your best life. Collagen can help do just that.

Next time you want to have a meal that helps you look and feel your best, all while transporting  you to a vacation spot, this breakfast bowl recipe is a no-brainer. Be sure to snap a picture before digging in, because it’s *almost* too pretty to eat.
