Whenever I’ve vacationed somewhere tropical, there’s always beautiful, vibrant fruit bowls on display for every meal. Sometimes they’re filled with chopped fruit, yogurt, or a mix of the two. Colorful Cantaloupe Breakfast Bowls
- 2 scoops SY Peach Mango
- 1 cantaloupe, halved
- 1 ½ cup almond milk
- 1 cup frozen raspberries, plus fresh raspberries, for garnish
- 1 banana, sliced
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup granola
- Using a spoon, remove and discard seeds from cantaloupe. Use your spoon to widen a hole in the center, leaving 1” border at the edges. Save removed fruit to add to smoothie
- Combine almond milk, SY Peach Mango, raspberries, half the banana, pineapple, greek yogurt, vanilla, and extra cantaloupe. Blend together until smooth
- Pour smoothie into cantaloupe “bowls” and garnish with raspberries, granola, and remaining banana slices, then serve!
