Whip up this Detoxifying Cinnamon Berry Beet Smoothie Bowl for a vibrant, nutrient-packed start to your day.
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 0 min
Total Time: 5 min
Serving Size: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Beet
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries (frozen)
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • ½ Banana (frozen)
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Squeeze of Lemon
  • 1 scoop Super Youth Unflavored
  • Toppings: Shredded coconut, granola or nuts, sliced banana or berries

Steps

  1. Chop a medium-sized beet or two small. Chopping them into 1-inch cubes works best for blending.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. It shouldn’t take more than 30 seconds. If it jams, use a tamper or spatula to press it down and break up any chunks. You can also add an extra splash of milk to help it along.
  3. Once the ingredients have blended into a smooth consistency, pour into serving bowls. Top with granola, shredded coconut, cacao nibs or your favourite nuts and seeds.
