Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour heat treated
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2-4 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 scoop Super Youth Unflavored
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • rainbow sprinkles (to taste)

Steps

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the flour for 60-90 seconds on high in the microwave. Stir, then heat for another 30 seconds, until temp reaches 165°. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the protein powder and Unflavored Super Youth and stir to combine.
  3. Add the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, 2 tbsp milk of choice, and vanilla extract and stir. If the mixture is a little dry, add another 1-2 tbsp of milk and stir.
