Waffles have always been a special treat in my family. Growing up, they were a weekend tradition. My mom would make them from scratch, and my sister and I would eagerly gather around the table, ready to pour syrup, sprinkle powdered sugar, and enjoy those warm, fluffy waffles. It was more than just a meal—it was a time to come together and share something delicious.
As I got older and became more focused on my health, I wanted to keep enjoying those same waffles, but with a bit of a twist. That’s when I started adding collagen to my meals. I figured, why not make my favorite waffles even better by adding some extra health benefits? That’s when the idea for these High Protein Chocolate Waffles was born.
These waffles give me all the comfort of the classic version, but with a healthy spin. The cottage cheese, oat flour, and egg whites give them a great boost of protein, while the Chocolate Super Youth adds a rich, chocolatey flavor that makes them feel extra indulgent. Plus, it’s packed with collagen, which is great for skin, hair, and joints—so I get a little health boost with every bite.
What I love most about these waffles is how customizable they are. You can top them with anything you want—almond butter, peanut butter, fresh fruit, or even a drizzle of honey. I love adding sliced bananas and strawberries for a touch of sweetness, but you do you!
These High Protein Chocolate Waffles have become my go-to breakfast. They’re filling, packed with protein, and give me that cozy, nostalgic feeling without any of the guilt. If you’re looking for a healthier version of a classic, these waffles are definitely worth a try!
