Peach Mango Chia Protein Pudding

Serving Size: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 - 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Super Youth Peach Mango

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all Chia Pudding ingredients. Divide into 2 airtight containers or jars and refrigerate for a minimum 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Add frozen mango, 1/2 cup coconut milk, and Super Youth Peach Mango to a blender or food processor. Blend, add up to another 1/2 cup milk until puree consistency is achieved.
  3. Remove chia pudding from the fridge. Pour mango puree over top and gently stir it into the pudding. Top with shredded coconut. Serve and enjoy!
