Skin-Loving Peanut Butter Chocolate Bark

This delicious, easy-to-make snack will satisfy your sweet tooth and give you your daily boost of collagen!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
  • 1 scoop Super Youth Unflavored collagen
  • 1 medium banana thinly sliced
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Chopped nuts

Steps

  1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Mix greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey together in a mixing bowl until well-combined.
  3. Spread the greek yogurt mixture evenly onto the parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Warm chocolate chips in a bowl using the microwave in 30 second increments until melted and smooth. Add Super Youth Unflavored and mix.
  5. Dollop the melted chocolate to the yogurt mixture on the baking sheet, then gently swirl the chocolate into the yogurt mixture (we use a toothpick).
  6. Add remaining toppings (optional) liked sliced banana or other fruit, graham cracker crumbs, and/or nuts.
  7. Freeze the bark for a minimum of 4 hours until hardened. Then cut into pieces of your desired size. Transfer pieces of bark to a freezer bag and store up to 1 month. Enjoy!
