Strawberry Watermelon Chia Pudding Bowl

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla )
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

- 1 tablespoon honey
- Topping: sliced strawberries, watermelon (peeled and sliced), mint or basil, granola or coconut shavings can also be added
